We  Looking for a customer service executive. 

We are looking for girls for this position who have 1yr experience in Telecaller and Customer Service Executive.

Interview Date: 21st July 2020, Tuesday

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
• Generate leads.
• Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Take the extra mile to engage customers.
• Keep records of customer interactions.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time.
• Limits follow up to ensure resolution.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Ability to convince the customer.

Education: Batchlor Graduate 

Age not more than 30 years.
